All orders F.O.B. Tacoma Washington, unless special ordered. All special

$10.00 Minimum per invoice. One yard minimum cut on all stock yardage and automotive match-up. |

| RETURNS |
Cut yardage sales are final and returns are not accepted. Full roll or merchandise
in factory packaging may be returned subject to a 20% restock charge. Returns
not accepted without authorization. |

Subject to a $25.00 service charge. |
