Sales Policies

Shipping

Orders received by 4:30 p.m. Pacific time for goods from our Tacoma stock will ship
the same day (foam orders may require longer lead-time). All Tacoma stock orders
are shipped F.O.B. Tacoma, WA. All special order items are F.O.B. shipping point.

Order Minimums

One yard minimum cut per item. $10.00 minimum per invoice not including freight.
Goods delivered on our truck require $25.00 minimum.

Credit Department

Our credit department will welcome sufficient information necessary for the
establishment of credit. Standard terms are Net 10 days E.O.M. (End of Month)
upon credit approval.

Payment Options

Net 10th with approval, Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, check with approval, cash
or money order.

Returned Checks

Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.

Past Due Accounts

1.5% service charge per month on all invoices that go beyond our normal terms.

Returns

Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase date. Authorization is needed for
all returns and will be subject to a 20% restock charge. Cut yardage sales under 5
yards will not be accepted for return.
